only if you have a mod chip or TSOP. modifying the boot logo requires hacked bios.
in some instances you can inject a small picture. for my white box I disabled the Microsoft logo and changed the 'X' and 'XBOX' to grey with a white background. on my arcade they are blue with a black background.
and thank God you can disable the flubber effect!!!
