What size of heatsink for MCPX chip?

What size of heatsink for MCPX chip?

i got a 35x35x15mm heatsink, will this be too big ?what is the maximum size i can use

Sounds like it might be alittle big too big for that chip. I"ve used these in these in the past and they fit well over the RAM chips and the MCPX chip. They come in the package with this heatsink and it's good for use in super slim xbox's aswell.
