Copying xbox games to HDD

I was searching the forum and couldn't really find anything solid on how to do this...would someone please post a link or give some insight on how to properly copy a game that you own onto your xbox HDD? I found this link from xbox-scene, but want to know it this is the best/only way to do it.

i recomend using dvd2xbox
