Actually, just download this

Unzip it and put it in your scripts folder. Once you've done that go to your xbox, go to settings, go to the skin section, then go to addon shortcuts and go to where it says subtitles script. Go to your xbmc subtitles folder and click on the default.py

Now when you go on a video you can click the subtitle button (click white button and its the square icon that looks like a tv i think) and select your subtitles. Swedish ones are sure to be on there.
