Choppy Freezing HD Video

Hello Y'all, I was trying to find a thread with this topic before posting could not find one. I am having trouble with playing HD streams from NAVI-X or any streaming place for that matter. The video in 720p and 1080p is very choppy and the sound does not match the video frame. This happens more when I try to play 1080P. The 720P can be watched untill it finally freezes. It's annoying none the less. Possibly a setting change?

Please give me your input.

For a start the xbox cant handle true HD video especially 1080P so i would even bother with it, 720P if encoded correctly will play though.
