Also is the x3 control panel with the LCD screen well what I am asking is if it's able to be attach to the xbox even though it has the another control panel

The answer is yes. What you will have to do is remove the faceplate that is on the xbox now and replace it with the X3CP faceplate with LCD. Then you need to remove the old control panel and the black wire that connects direct to the X3 mod chip. The X3CP has its own wires included and you use that new wire to connect the X3CP faceplate.

I have one in black, it has a 750bg ide hard drive so the price, if you are interested, would need to bear that in mind.
