Ok I have 2 things going against me here.
1: I don't see very well.
2: My CRT TV is damn near as old as me.
So half of the text in xbmc4xbox is fuzzy and unreadable to me unless I sit in front of it like a computer monitor. Is there a plausible way to increase the text size? Or maybe add an old mans font? I use the default skin.

Try XTV-SAF, really simple to use and customisable but a fantastic skin for CRT -certainly the best one I've ever come across. You can install via XAI.
