what is scraper?

hi guys,i have a little question about scraper..first i have to explane to you what i want to do..i hope..i have all my preferred very old tv series very ordinated but when i see photos of other media center in internet or here ,all the photos i see in media video directory..it's with the cover of the disk ,information about the episodes etc...how can i do that?i really don't know if the scraper is the option that i need,i don't find a good traduction of this word in my language, and how it work,but i like that my mediacenter was very professional,please help me find a tutorial that explane me how it works tnx a lot guys ,any help very appreciated

Yes it is a scraper that gets all the information from the internet when you scan items into you library. I have a video on my youtube channel which shows how to do it - it's a little bit dated and things look much more impressive with newer skins but it will show you what you need to do...

That's what i'm talkin about, like upgrading to XBMC pro or something. Sooooo much better.

i'm using jx720..because it seems that i have less memory problems and because it's very clean.first i used confluence but sometimes it crash and i don't like the color that is very dark.what's xbmc pro?where can i found scrapers?i have used the addon manager but i don't know if i am doing right..i don't find any scraper.
