I have some problems I hope you can help me with. I recently had my HDD upgraded and Cerbios installed. Since then there have been problems.
1. I noticed that XBMC4Gamers and, more obviously, DVD2Xbox were having difficulties identifying the game discs. Sometimes DVD2Xbox doesn't get past the init (initialisation) of drive, so i can't install the disc. However the machine has no problems cold booting straight into a disc-based game. It can also usually has no problems if the game has first been booted and then I return to the dashboard. However this is compounded by problem 2. What could be the cause, is the optical drive on its last legs?
2. Just this week (about 1 month since I got the mod done) XBMC4Gamers now crashed on boot. It pops up a message about a script failing or to send the XBMC log file to the developer. (I did a google which brought me here, unless there's another way to send it to Rocky 5 et al?) The log is copied below, taken yesterday evening). Sometimes the console also hangs at the Cerbios Screen. This hanging can occur on both normal and safe mode. Eventually if I keep retrying (usually by cold botting a disc and returning to the dash) I can eventually get it to boot successfully. Any ideas what the prob is and how to solve?
