Is it possible to include a secondary DNS on XBMXC4XBOX?

Looking through XBMC4Xbox code I see traces of DNS1 and DNS2, but not sure whether it is actually used internally everywhere.

I'm not familiar with the Settings area but to me to be able to present it on screen it looks to be somewhat dynamically controlled through the code and it only populates DNS1:

I'll come back to see if it's not possible to change the settings in the underlying user profile XMLs to tell you how to try and change it there and see if it actually gets used internally, even if not accessible through the GUI interface.

Having said all that, I think it would be much easier to try and setup in XBMC4Xbox the one DNS to point to the wifi router / gateway and then in router's web interface to define a DNS1 and DNS2 in there.
