I've just pushed a new (hopefully) easy to use framework so anyone can make an add-on. As I'm in the process of moving house my Xbox is currently in storage so unable to test on that. For the most part I think this should work with Xbox too - at least that's how I've attempted to code it, in the hope that new devs will use it and we'll all end up with some more Xbox goodies to play with

If anyone fancies having a go at it and creating their own add-on I'd be very grateful for any feedback you can give. It does require some extra modules to be installed so I've uploaded them to the server for xbox testing, I have no idea which ones work on Xbox and which ones don't but if I have feedback I can at least edit the code to make exceptions for old skool folk.
Could you please try installing this module via the add-on installer bundled in with XBMC4Xbox in the programs section. Hopefully that will install all the relevant modules but if not I've uploaded them to the following url so you can always try installing each one manually if something doesn't get installed: http://totalrevolution.tv/python_koding/
To Create your actual add-on please watch the following video for full details but if you can't stand listening to me babble on then the add-on creator can be found at http://totalrevolution.tv
