I think you are lucking to have navi-x working at all let alone in hd, trusty is not making the upgrades anymore and really from what i've read the xbox still wont output true 720P anyway. Its the same one i did last year but since everything was lost and i posted it on another site it was easy to put it back up here, i just added the finished items to complete it.

I do go in once a week or so, i thought the wireless was a lemon as it wouldnt sync but discovered it doesnt like rechargeable varta batteries.

Blowing all the dust out with a compressor is the best mod you can do to reduce heat but honestly i dont know why it should heat up so much unless ventilation is reduced.
