i mean, it has HDMI and better GPU, CPU, Memory than Xbox 1.0.

I use Slayers 2.7 cd, it works perfect for me, but it has an old xbmc (2.5 i think), so i just update/replace xbmc with a new one.

ok firstly it depends if its hard or softmodded and where xbmc was installed. simply use an ftp program to get into the xbox files and...... if its softmodded its usually e/ apps / xbmc and it will be xbmc.log if its hardmodded it could still be in e but also in f again either e / f then apps and x...
