Just gave it a try in the WIN32 build and it seems to be fine. You had mentioned QualarMod... Mine is based on Rapier 4 so it might be different.WannabeGT4 wrote:It was working with the script (minus the music) but it hasn't been updated since the script has become obsolete.

Re: Recently Added
I had Rapier working pretty well but I haven't made any changes since the old forum went offline. You might give it a try and see how it compares to what you have done.

Re: [Win32-Build] Xbmc4Xbox: For Skin Design & Testing
Thanks man. I've been using a win32 build I made over a year ago... Never got around to re-installing VB and the XDK after I upgraded to Win7.

Re: [Skin]Lighter Confluence for XB0X
You're right. The fanart is pixelated. I hadn't noticed it before as the info was covering most of it. I did some testing and found that when background loading is not used, it tries to load the fanart as a thumbnail. This can be seen below in the last 5 lines of each debug log. Notice in the first ...

Re: [Skin]Lighter Confluence for XB0X
I have about a 450 item movie library with fanart enabled as well. I thought all fanart was saved as dds by default now; I must be mistaken. It's still strange that the default background uses more RAM than the fanart images. If you want to try the files I'm using they are here: http://wannabegt4.my...

Re: [Skin]Lighter Confluence for XB0X
I had also disable background loading as well. Every instance of background="true" was changed to false. Also I didn't see the savings when the default background image was on screen; only when fanart was showing instead. Is there a way to change the background images to dds?

Re: [Skin]Lighter Confluence for XB0X
I've stumbled across something else. I saved 2MB in video library by disabling background loading and preloaditems... Scrolling is just slightly slower but the images appear instantly instead of loading after the item is on screen. I think this might be because of the recent improvements to jpg proc...

Re: [Skin]Lighter Confluence for XB0X
Well I went ahead and hooked up the ol' xbox again today. The changes I made saved almost a whole meg at the home screen but only about 50k in the movies library. I guess it may come in handy if you were starting a movie from the search results, recently added, or files mode but otherwise the differ...

Re: For sale Raspberry Pi
I can't accept for the simple reason that US$45 is 35€. Like BuZz said, if postage is $15 I'll be selling it for $30 which is way too low. For $30 I prefer to keep it just as a replacement for the one I'm using. Understood. Good luck with the sale. Let me know if anything changes... e.g. the value ...

Re: For sale Raspberry Pi
if you have an order in and its much cheaper then go with that. we may pay more for stuff due to our VAT rates. it doesnt mean xbs offer is unfair. i think it completely reasonable. I personally think your offer is pretty low - considering it may cost $15 just for postage. Meh. Oh well. New here is...

Re: For sale Raspberry Pi
I don't usually make it a habit of paying above MSRP for anything especially not used electronics. I surely won't be buying from opportunistic resellers on ebay. They are most of the reason the average Joe can't get one from first party retailers. I thought it was a fair offer. Just trying to point ...

Re: For sale Raspberry Pi
I understand. We don't pay tax on internet purchases here so I wasn't expecting that as part of the price. We have a sales tax when we buy locally but when we resell it from individual to individual there is no tax involved.
Let me know if you decide to let it go for US$45.00 shipped.

Re: For sale Raspberry Pi
I had read on raspberrypi.org that there may be some 2.0 boards in the wild. Not a deal breaker for me honestly. I know it's hard to find at the moment which is probably why the asking price is a little high (or maybe it's just the decline of the euro) but if you're willing to take US$45 shipped to ...

I'm interested in it for sure. I ordered one but I have no idea when it will ship.

Re: [Theme] Confluence Lite
I made some changes to the includes files. It should save another megabyte or so in RAM by calling the includes from files instead of storing them in memory. Would someone mind replacing their 720p folder with the one in the zip file below and report back the difference in RAM before and after from...
