Re: Quads And A New Lifestyle
Your farm ok with all the fires going on? Yep, fires missed the farm. Got mightly close though. Burnt halfway through the farm behind ours after burning for about 40kms from the south. It sat there back and forward for the next 78 days until rain finally killed off the fire. To the east all the way...

Re: Selecting a BIOS
I think it is more important to leave your HDDs unlocked and use one type of bios in all your machines. That allows you to swap HDDs from one machine to another simply plug and play. There is a modded m8 bios on here somewhere I made that works on all types of xboxes, has both F and G partions, ( do...

Re: Where is everyone?
Problem is we did the Xbox to good. The things were changed and modified to such a degree, they don't break so basically no reason to wait around to help others that never need any help because there machines are pretty much bullet proof once setup right. My drama with this forum was I was about the...

Re: Ludvigs Xboxes, WIP and finished results (until next mod :p)
Check the chip is still fully in it's socket on the non booting machine. Check the DO wire is in place. If that doesn't help, resolder the pins. If that doesn't help resolder the socket. If that doesn't help your chip has dropped it's content. Solution, boot any modded Xbox and once booted insert t...

Re: [Accessories] Xbox HDMI Cable
. That is very nice, I prefer Internal mods to external ones. Do you notice an improvement of quality over the standard component cables? I have the official MS component cable but on a 4K TV when you are close up you can see some very minor disturbances, but you have to be sitting about 30CM from ...

Re: [Accessories] Xbox HDMI Cable
How are you getting the signal with that mod? can't see any cable going in the converter? Do I detect some doubt? I started on this mod according to my PC photo folders in mid 2015.. The whole idea of the mod was to.... One..... to get rid of the mess of multiple, ( hard to easierly get), cab...

Re: Xphazer TeamSpeak Server
Looking forward to it. Going to attempt my first IDE to SATA adapter and drive soon, might need some help if I run into problems. EDIT: Got it going last night with a WD 750GB black drive, had to play with the jumper settings on the adapter but now all seems well. Initial boot times are slower but ...

Re: [Accessories] Xbox HDMI Cable
No complaints with my HDMI setup/ This is the third time I have cleaned the wife's machine out since I wired in the converter. Nothing like having the choice of HDMI cable lengths and availability. I ended up doing 6 of these conversions and none have proven unreliable. Couldn't be happier. One of t...

Re: Xvid or X264
I have a Sony double DIN radio/media player down the farm and I need to convert videos for it. It will play mpeg4 or XVID/DIVX only but the mpegs files must be converted to the suitable format to play. I use "Any Video Converter" to convert any type of video file to 800 X 420 mpeg files an...

Had to swap over to new PC and now lost all the TeamSpeak.
Unfortunately, it was unrecoverable from the near dead HDD on the old PC.

Nope, still having issues. Log is coming up with........Failed to write update.ini. The updater does not seem to have the required write permissions.
This is further to the Windows error 32. Can't see anything regarding this issue of the TS forum either.

Re: Cheap And Easy Xbox HDMI
Hello just wondering, how much better is the picture clarity through the component to hdmi vs just straight component to the tv. HDMI is the way of the future as component is being phased out on TVs and Xbox component leads wear out. Much better idea having a plug on the back of the machine, (HDMI)...

Re: Quads And A New Lifestyle
Always more stuff than time allows. Knocked over a big arse tree the other week I'd say was weighing about 15-20 tonnes. Tree was the one in the dam that died and was going to fall so rather than risk it going in the dam and be useless, better to knock it over on dry land and use the wood. One hard ...
