tbh I dont see the point.
i use the og Xbox cause it was fun to do and cheap, but if i could afford an Xbox one over here (its expensive) Id probably get a better pc.
Also limitations are an issue

chimp (I constantly swap/upgrade hdds)

Other that that, I dont really need much, since I play games on it and watch dvds.

Sony VegasPhotoshop (Schoolwork)
Microsoft office

You may have damaged some cables, it happened to me, just reconnect everything try to fix anything you might have broke

Not really but in my experience the compatibility chart is unreliable.
Every single IDE hard drive that I've tried to lock did lock, even when not on the chart, good luck mate.
