Well...just like the Enigmah NTSC issue earlier...somehow leaving it for a while and then going back to it...it has now retained the setting! Thanks everybody that has given input and special thanks to Rocky5 for rejuvenating my poorly modded xbox! All looks great now in 720P...back to my childhood ...

I just rebooted it and according to XBMC file manager there is 4.26GB free.
Contents:-
Applications, Apps, backups (cddrive - eeprom), cache, dashboard, emulators, games, hddloader, music, prep, saves, screenshots, skins, TDATA and UDATA.
I think it's a 160GB drive...

It has stopped at 1% when copying from E:\UDATA\............to C:\nkpatcher\......skin.xml

Should that be flying through or should I expect long pauses?
