Ended up seeing that immediately after post, thanks anyways my good man.

I bought an adapter a few months ago, I can't remember where, but it pulled the EEPROM off the mother board with a serial adapter, and I used that to repair my drove when It died and I lost my drive creator. I think you can find it by googling xbox EEPROM soft mod tutorial.

Does anyone know of availability to buy a mod chip for the original xbox, through searching I yield little results and I am looking for possibly one of the xecuter series. And I appologise for any grammar faults as I am posting this on mobile without access to my PC at the moment.
