I've installed 3.2.1 I've found alot of my videos now judder or freeze up.

Are there certain settings I should update to make it run smoothly?

I'm having problems playing some of my films... they flicker... I think I need to change to a smaller resolution for smoother running, but I cant see how?

I have put iPlayer 2.4.17 into the plugin folder via ftp but it doesnt show up on the xbmc Video section.
