great thanks. not sure how im not being clear. On the xboxs I mod myself, I use sid 5 splinter cell softmod and choose xbmc. that's it im done. the goal here is to get that setup on this xbox.

I would like to install xbmc as the main dash. xbmc only. The xbox currently is installed with evox v3935. I bought it this way, previous owner installed evo. I want xbmc.

I am trying to use hexen to upgrade to xbmc from evolution x 3935. Could anyone explain each step on accomplishing that?  Im use to modding xboxs with the splinter cell sid 5 installer. all i do is back up the ms and then install xbmc with the installer and im done.
