just want to know if this setup will work ? trying to slow this (what was a fan) fan speed way down from a 12 v source.
The resistor is 100 ohm 1/4 watt. pot meter was pulled from scrap laying around. fan is 12 v 1.0 watt.

Are you trying to mod it with xboxhdm? when using xboxhdm i think you should have your computer on and ready. not plug in and then turn the computer. unplug the dvd drive before you turn the xbox on. have you looked into loading it to a memory card with action replay then using one of the three game...
