Mrmajikbus, I am very happy that I am incorrect. I downloaded the newer chimps version and my friend will be using it to upgrade the hard drive in both of his 1.6 boxes. When did the 1.6 compatible version of chimps come out? I'm sure I didn't see anything about the when I originally modded his boxe...

You can actually flash them with the un-MS dlink firmware (they're made by Dlink) which removes the console tie-in support and gives them a web-based interface instead. When you do that you can either use linksbox or a computer to configure it.

You mentioned you have certifications in Canada, am I right to assume you're still in Canada? I have the games, adapters and save files needed for softmodding. The last time I softmodded I recall options like the following: Softmod Softmod + HD Softmod + Shadow C Softmod + Shadow C + HD The cables will still work if you choose a non-HD option, you'll just get a lower resolution signal coming through.
