Do you use file manager in xbmc? I've added the ftp but when I try to copy the folder, copy is greyed out. Sorry for being a pain

Yeah I can highly recommend the method, just another question of topic, but I have coinops on another Xbox and would like to get it on the new Xbox, I've been trying to ftp it across but it keeps timing out and says there is 200,000 hrs left lol. Just tried the hexen way, when I get to the end and restart the Xbox with the new hard drive, the flubber screen comes on then just a blank screen, any ideas? I've just got a ir dongle for the Xbox and I already had a mce remote, is it compatible with the Xbox? I can't get it to work, I've enabled mce in the settings.

Any ideas?

Sorry only just got chance to reply, tried a reinstall and still have the same problem, so I've deleted the advanced settings, so it doesn't catche and it works fine, other than when a film needs more space to catche to stop the buffering.

Any ideas?

Ok cheers I messed with the miss frames settings and got them to play stutter free but I lose a bit of quality, I have ubuntu on my pc just wondering what the best software would be to encode the films and at what settings to encode them at?

Ok sorry for not including a log, just I know 720 films are CPU intensive, so I don't think there is a actual problem, I was just wondering if there are any really light skins which may help, or any settings I could disable.

Hi I've got a few 720 hd films and it seems more and more on movie 25 are in 720, my Xbox is struggling playing them, with 100% CPU, is there a skin or settings I can mess with to few up a bit on the CPU.
