XBOXHDM allows you to install a softmod directly onto the xbox hard drive with a PC. Its how I did mine originally. A gamesave exploit is a lot easier but it all depends on what you have available/want to buy. I'm not sure if it's modded already, how would I know? Switch it on with the power button...
