[WIP] xb360

Hey guys, i've been working on reworking the xbmc live portion of mc360 to make it feel more xlink kai like. This is meant for any builds with xlink kai support built in such as build 14095.

Excellent, I'm using the old version I think MC360, the xbox is still a very usefull machine even today which is staggering.

this is just the old version with different icons and i removed the dead xbmc live place. I do hope to add more one day.

Very good work, I've never used the old blackbolt version and this is my favourite skin for xbmc!
