xbox v1.0 with Aladdin XT plus 2 modchip

hello,
While I was trying to buy a second xbox as the first one was struggling, I bought this xbox v1.0, it was not booting at all, so I installed a modchip (Aladdin XT plus2 modchip) and I think I did install it right, I tried 2 ways of wiring :
tried the normal wiring in the diagrams with d0 , BT , and L0 wires to the mb, but the xbox splash screen boots but no EVOX logo !! LED of the chip is always on which is bad indication as far as I know
then tried to make it always-on mode by connecting BT to the bottom corner left connecter of the chip, still no changes, the modchip LED always on, no EVOX logo !!
what is going on ? why isn't it working?
