XBMC4Xbox

Hello
I been try to update my XBMC and I seen a video on youtube where it says to FTP the new XBMC and the rename the xbmc in the E drive xbmc old, and take the new xbmc and name the just xbmc, but when I try to rename the old xbmc it say this Command: RNTO XBMC old
Response: 450 Internal error renaming the file

Any idea's I tried to turn off my firewall, I did go into dvd2xbox and enabled ftp and network, I even turn off my virus protection and still can rename file.
Also do I keep the new xbmc as a zip file and ftp over to xbox? , or do I unzip into a folder then ftp to xbox??
Please help!!

You can't rename xbmc while it's running. Try doing the same thing while running evox, unleashx, etc..
