XBMC4Xbox

I performed my first TSOP flash on a V1 xbox (previously softmodded) over the weekend and it was extreamly easy thanks to Heimdall's Hexen utility disk. Now I want to get rid of the flubber animation when the Xbox boots to hopefully speed up boot time, also the flubber is rather loud and anoying. I used a 256kb M8+ bios for the flash. I found the Evox bios tool which allows me to modify the bios and uncheck the animation(flubber) option. What is the easiest way to reflash the new modified bios?

Edit the BIOS to give the effects you want.
Put it in E:\Dash\EvolutionX\BIOS\.
Use the file manager to launch E:\Dash\EvolutionX\evoxdash.xbe.
Select System - Flash BIOS, then select your BIOS.

Alternatively, if you have a v1.1 Xbox then you can either:
- Use HeXEn to flash X2.5035, then edit E:\x2config.ini to remove the flubber
- Use HeXEn to flash iND-BIOS.5003, then edit C:\ind-bios.cfg to remove the flubber
