http status 11002 error

Hi having trouble http during file manager down load, keep saying error install impossible.Then checking setting found unable to retrieve file http status 11002. PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

It more or less means there's a problem connecting to the host. Are you doing this from XBMC or a PC? If you're in XBMC and trying to download a file via FTP, it's possible that whatever server you're connecting to is down. I would try connecting to it from a PC using an FTP client like FileZilla.
If you can give us more details it would be helpful.
