Thinking of dusting off my chipmodded xbox and putting it to use again after I've seen that xbmc has gotten some nice updates since I last used my xbox some years ago.
Don't exactly know what version of xbmc I'm using, I installed it in 2010 or 2011 with autoinstaller deluxe.
Is there a good guide on how to upgrade my old xbmc build to xbmc4xbox?

I just did this last night. I don't know which version of XBMC I had prior. My only dashboard installed was XBMC though. I just added UnleashX (
http://www.theisozone.com/downloads/xbo ... -official/) to my Apps folder in my E drive and ran it. Then I FTP'd into my Xbox from my PC and renamed the XBMC folder to "XBMC Old". I then transferred over the newer XBMC. After I confirmed it loaded, I deleted the "XBMC Old" folder and my XBMC was upgraded. Quite simple doing it this way. Hope this helps.

Thanks, it almost worked
Had some troubles with the scripts/.modules folder which I could transfer because it's a hidden folder and folder with a dot in before the folder name isn't allowed to be created.
