How can I update to the latest xbmc version, through Macbook

How can I update my xbox to the latest xbmc version by using my mac? (If even possible to do such a thing). I'm using FileZilla for ftp.

I know next to nothing about MAC's but if you have FTP access you can just FTP the latest build of XBMC to the xbox and run it, no problem. If XBMC is your current dashboard you'll have to move and probably rename some folders to get the new XBMC to show as your dash but it should be very very easy depending on how the xbox is modded and what not.
