LCD install

Hey .... don't know if Floydthebarber is still floating around, so I'll post this question here that I just PM'd him .......
I have been sitting on this LCDmod screen for a long time now. Tons of life stuff have put this project on the back burner. Just getting to it now.
On the "power/eject" portion of the install process. Why do you move the individual wires to the other side? Is there any reason why you can't just move the whole plug over?
