Odd problem with adding thumbnails on 3.5

I'm using xbmc4xbox 3.5 and so far all seems ok, but I'm having an odd issue when I try adding thumbnails to new video files - the scraper seems to be working fine (I can see movie information and all that jazz) but when I try and add a thumbnail, I get this:
But if I check on any of my existing videos (the Userdata folder was kept for obvious reasons) and try changing the thumbnail I get a proper selection, like so:
Does anyone know what I can do? I haven't tried clearing all the thumbnails yet - I'm hoping that won't be necessary. But I'm fresh out of ideas 
- When I try adding a thumbnail to a new file
- When I check thumbnails for videos from my previous build
