Setting up XBMC as a dash with an Xecuter 3?

I have an Xecuter 3 chipped Xbox, and was wondering how to set up XBMC as a dashboard?
Any help is appreciated!

You need to edit UserData/LCD.xml to your needs.
Sadly this exact LCD.xml you linked is probably lost, it was posted there but the link is dead.

You will need to make your own (Which you should do) or find a similar one posted elsewhere (x-scene etc).
