24p playback?

Does XBMC4XBOX support switching the video output to a 24p video signal when playing back 24p or 23.XXp content? (My assumption is that the XBox does not support 24p video output at all, but just to know for sure…)

It correctly plays back video encoded at 24 FPS, 23.976 FPS, 25FPS, 30FPS or indeed any number of other values.

I think the answer is no. If your xbox is set to PAL it will be 50hz. NTSC, 480p and 720p will be 60hz. The xbox can play videos with various framerates, but they will be output at 50hz or 60hz.
I switched to using a Raspberry Pi for playing videos using openelec. This allows you to set 24hz if your TV supports it.

We're both right, but (re-reading the post) Ted managed to answer the OP's question, I did not.
Apologies to the OP for that. ...I'll lay off the bottle conditioned stout, I think.

Indeed, my plasma supports native 24Hz input and looks fantastic with my Popcorn Hour or RPi with genuine 24FPS content at 1080p.
