I've just installed a new (second hand) LCD TV. I've replaced the composite cable with a component cable. I've had this setup before on another TV and from memory it worked fine. I don't remember having to change anything to make 720P work, but this time around I've had to install Unleashx dash to change from PAL to NTSC.
When I make the change, the image is blurry, like everything had a shadow.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

You're not saying how your Xbox is modded, and press your TV remote Info button or whatever it will show you the actual resolution it runs on.
It's probably you haven't enabled HD though so it outputs upscaled SD resolution.

What do you mean by I haven't enabled HD? What settings are you referring to?
Cheers.

Did you watch the video in the first thread I posted earlier?
If still not getting there, try enabling HD resolutions in MS Dashboard after switching video modes with Enigmah-X. http://i.imgur.com/3Arw2.jpg

Thanks. I had a look at your video and confirmed I was doing everything correct, so I thought it has to be hardware related.
I'm not using a lead as such but a breakout box which is essentially the lead/plugs/sockets in a box. I have 2 of them. I swapped the box and voila, it works fine now. Must be something wrong with the other box.
