Where to find DVD/Poster sized icons for emulators?

See the attached photos. I am looking for DVD/Poster sized icons for emulators.
Anyone know where to get these? I have been scouring many forums and Google, but no luck.
Also, if you look at the pictures, when each emulator is selected, there is a background behind it like a retail game. How is that accomplished?

Technically, what you see there are not "DVD/Posters," they're regular icons...
It's amazing what a google search will yield, the only thing is, you must actually use it! Just saying...

Believe me, the first thing I did was a Google search, and I am continuing to do that for what I believe are poster icons for emulators. I am also trying to figure out how when you highlight whatever icon for an emulator, a background appears behind it like a retail game.
By the way, the link you included in your reply has another link to icons, but that link doesn't work.

click where it says "Zip Thumb Pack", i download it myself to make sure the link worked before i replied.

Hmm that pack looks familiar. In fact, I DL'ed it a while back, but it lacks icons for Final Burn, xRaine, and others. Plus these look smaller than ones I have seen.
How do you get a background to display when you select an emulator like you would a retail game?

it depends on the skin you're using, it may or may not be supported; if it is, most have coded the window to read a "fanart.jpg" from the root of each emulator folder.

yeah i can fix this soon, the first apps is how it is, i can change this but i need to check where else is apps located so i dont have to change it all, to change allt his we need to also change this inside the language, the view i can change the covers so they look square and nice.
