XBMC4Xbox

gday guys

iv got my softmodded 1.6 up and running with 40gb hdd using chimp

now i want to set xbmc up as booting dash iv tried a heap of the tuts i could find and none of them have worked

iv use the shortcut and cfg file renamed them to evoxdash and put my xbmc dir in the config file and renamed the evoxdash which i found in e: and e:/udata/21585554/00000000000 that didnt work so in a last ditch effort i deleted both evoxdash.xbe files and it still boots to bloody evox

in C: i only have xboxdash.xbe and i dont have any dash or dashboard folders anywhere

i tried using slayers 2.97 to set it and that didnt work so i tried aid which just freazes when i try to set it and hexen which throws errors

any help would be greatly appreciated

Which softmod did you use? Is there a evoxdash.xbe in E:\ ?

Pls make screenshots of C:\ and E:\

Look in my sig, have a read of the extras disc description.

Only takes 2 mins to upgrade & install a new dashboard, all using an easy to use disc, that won't break your softmod if used incorrectly.

Thanks guys I'm downloading your disc mate got to love the speed have u signed up for cloud? I'm a bit hesitant as they don't offer a pay pal option

@tim I'm not sure what they used to soft mod the console I'm going to try Rockys disc and try to update it and see if that helps

Yes I signed up £3 a month & unlimited speeds

I just signed up Unlimited speeds? It's going to take over 6 hr to dl 259mb what they running there servers on Commodore 64's with 56k dial up?

I get 6mb a second, would be 10 if I weren't using WIFI.

Ok the speeds have increased a little now not sure what was going on ? I've burnt the ISO it's in the xbox Iv gone to advanced setting old soft mods and it's asking for a password?
