freezing issue

my hard chipped modded original xbox is freezing everytime at the start up screen, The only thing I have done was replaced the power supply , any help would be appreciated......
wrong bios ?
i had an xbox 1.6 that had the wrong bios on it and it killed the ram over time and caused this issue.
