how to use xbmc4xbox installer

hey im still new to this so please be gentle, when i go to xbmc4xbox installer right under addoninstaller in programs and i see all the different builds and i click on it but it does nothing, how do i get it to install to the new build, i think when i figure this out i'll have most of my problems solved...
