Well if you install Jans XBMC4Xbox build it has his IceFilms plugin adapted from mainbranch. Some sources work but like mainbranch loads don't so you're much better off with [removed] (also on his build).

If you would like to manually install my last xbox port of icefilms on the latest xbmc 3.2 stable or on one of the nightly builds you can download it
here
Instructions:
Unzip then FTP the icefilms4xbox folder to your /XBMC/Plugins/Video

To be honest I dont know what sources are working but they should all at least show up and attempt to play, Its been a while since I tried it myself since I now use jans build with my realdebrid account, but even with that some still wont play, and its usually due to a file host/server error and not the plugin itself
And from what I see in the debug log:
22:43:54 M: 26873856 WARNING: could not find codec parameters for
http://198.143.162.234:182/d/xjfsmqd34k ... EVOLVE.mp4
22:43:54 M: 31870976 ERROR: CDVDPlayer::OpenDemuxStream - Error creating demuxer

22:43:54 M: 31870976 NOTICE: CDVDPlayer::OnExit() deleting input stream
22:43:54 M: 33959936 DEBUG: CApplication::OnPlayBackStopped - Playback was stopped
It appears to be failing to play the file format that the uploader encoded the video in, x264 HD this is not related to the actual plugin, Try a few more sources of some SD content and try this same HD episode of True Blood from your PC version of XBMC and let us know your results

v1.1.14 (Thursday, 09 August 2012):
- Fixed BillionUploads resolver
v1.1.13 (Wednesday, 08 August 2012):
- Fixed 180Upload resolver
- Changed to use PLAYER_CORE_AUTO instead of PLAYER_CORE_DVDPLAYER so that it picks up default player
- Fixed Recently Added, Popular, Rating, Release lists where movies were missing
And I've hopefully fixed the missing movies in the recently added and other lists that has been kicking around for a little while, turned into a nice simple solution
From my post in another thread, some fyi:
- Sharebees - currently are adding more space/bandwidth so might be small issues until then
- 180Upload, BillionUpload, Movreel working good
- Vidhog can be considered dead, site supposedly switched to vidhog.net but that no longer works
- Glumbo, Jumbo, and UploadOrb have removed a bunch of user accounts and files
- Speedyshare auto sets files to Premium only if it gets too much traffic
They are looking at adding more hosts, and I need to start switching Icefilms over to use URLResolver
