Struggling to flash winbond TSOP

I used Splinter Cell Exploit to install the Softmod and I have soldered the points I need, but I have a Winbond TSOP and EvoX won't erase it?
I guess I need to use Raincoat but I have no idea how and I can't seem to google up a good tutorial. I am just at a loss for how to fix this.

Try HeXEn. It has a scripted Raincoat section.

Recommended, I use it regularly. Follow the instructions carefully.

I use the Gentoox loader to flash Winbond TSOP's since the 007 Raincoat flasher stopped working, for no apparent reason.

Hi Rocky5 truly love your dedicated work! I'm just curious as to how exactly your using the gentoox tool to flash the winbond tsop's since the 007 raincoat stopped working? what I mean by how are you using it, Is where exactly are you putting your bios.bin file to be flashed to the console? and also can you still use xbtool to edit the bios config (for xbox v1.4, as I always used the 4981.06 bios after I edit to liking with xbtool of coarse
)? Thanks for any help, much appreciated!
