I had a problem with it not working on a 2TB Seagate HD. The solution was to change the IDE cable in the XBOX. I used some newer IDE Cables I had from ASUS Boards and the 2TB Drive started working. This also later happened to me with a 1TB Hitachi Drive. Changing to a newer IDE cable also fixed that one. Using regular computer IDE cables is a little tighter fit due to the spacing of the connectors compared to the XBOX IDE Cable but they do fit.
