Buffering from local NAS

I've started having buffering issues over the past few weeks when playing content from a local NAS. I've changed a few things on my network so I'm not quite sure where to start. I use 3 different NAS drives and they all have varying levels of the same issue. The attached log shows it at it's worst. I have another xbox that has the same issues but for some reason I can't ftp to it to get the log.
My Network:
Netgear FVS336g router feeds to a Cisco SG100d-08 gigabit switch
NAS' are connected to this switch at GB/Full duplex
Gigabit switch feeds a Cisco SF100d-16 10/100 switch.
Xbox's are connected to 10/100 switch at 100/full duplex
I suspect the problem lies in my network setup as I've had both xbox's and NAS' running on other network setups with minimal issues. I know cascading switches is frowned upon but the router is in another part of the house and there's only one cable between the router and switches.
