metadata correct on computer, wrong on xbmc4xbox

hi, i've found that the majority of my artist/album/song information is perfect in the xbmc4xbox music library, but there are a couple of bands that come up wrong (eg china shop bull, one song is listed as a separate artist, china shop bulll, alabama 3, one album is under alambamba 3) i have checked with a metadata editor on the pc and it appears to all be correct, what sort of tags is xbmc4xbox reading, and how can i fix them, or can i edit the library from the xbox?
