Karaoke files works in the XBOX with selection by number?

Hello Guys,
Last week I installed the XBMC on Android TV and worked very well in this device, the MID/KAR and CDG files worked, including selection by number (http://www.xbmc4xbox.org.uk/wiki/HOW-TO ... _by_number)
Well, this instigated me to try again use my old xbox as a karaoke machine.
On XBMC4XBOX 3.3.1 the CDG files worked perfectly, but the MID/KAR files didnt work, and the same with the selection by number (I didnt found in menus the options for this contained in the WIKI). I tryed an old build (XBMC-SVN_2007-04-20_rev8582-T3CH-MIDI.rar), and with this build, the XBOX plays MID/KAR files, but only sounds without lyrics.
Someone in the forum uses or used these features in the XBOX and could give some tips? This really works in XBOX?
