Splash screen adjustment??

Is it possible to add something to the advancedsettings.xml to force the xbox/xbmc to show the splash screen for a desired amount of time?

i dont think so i have tried but i can try again, its been done with Ellipsis with the intro if thats what you mean but the xbmc splash is all you get, it maybe can be removed and added by that same skin, i have heard you can remove the splash screen so it starts up with out it and edit it but maybe just someone who was just talking, what did you want to do?

if you want an option to delay startup screen, you can add it on the bugtracker as a feature request, explaining why etc. thanks.
