Unable to play games in 4:3 aspect ratio

Hi - despite changing the video output to normal and NOT widescreen all my game are outputting 16:9 widescreen. Im unable to change it to 4:3. I would appreciate any help thank you !

Probably a TV issue.
If set to Auto format many TVs will simply fill the screen whatever the output format set on a console. If connected using SCART(RGB) cable it should switch automatically to 4:3 but my experience is that this is not always the case.
So if your handset doesn't include an 'Aspect Ratio' option just go into your TV's menus and find it yourself. It is usually in the picture setting options.
