Got a new xbox with xbmc, coinops 5 etc, Tried to ftp some more emulators onto it and accidentally wiped xbmc which the xbox booted into!!!, How can I find the ip address?

What's it running now? If using DHCP you can maybe get the IP address from your router's web interface?!

Pop in an Auto-installer disc like Hexen or Slayers and that will get you FTP access and show you the IP address.
