Viewster now works with 3.5.3 and it is legal 
Although, as I stated in another post the sound seems to be out off sync on the Xbox

You bet! All content you see on the platform is legally licensed from the content owner. We pay a license fee for each one of them. Some content might be available in one country but not in another. This is due to different business agreements from video to video.
